The Count’s Select guarantees the best of both, measuring 100 gloss units (GU), the highest level, after just 1 application. Many coatings claim to be hydrophobic but are hydrophilic. To be hydrophobic a water droplet must pass a contact angle of 90 degrees as shown in the picture. The higher the contact angle, the more surface tension a coating provides, making it easier to shed water, dust, dirt, and foreign debris. The Count’s Select measures over 90 degrees, making it Super-Hydrophobic, so you can count on improved visibility and a ride that stays cleaner, longer with just water.
