How to Use Your Ginormous MycroDry™ Towel

When drying a freshly washed vehicle, friction is your enemy. The massive size of the MycroDry™ allows you to dry your paint with minimal physical wiping.

Step 1: The "Drag" Method (For Flat Surfaces) For large, flat panels like the hood, roof, and trunk, simply lay the towel completely flat across the surface. Grab the two leading corners and slowly pull the towel toward you. The 350 GSM fibers will soak up the water in a single, scratch-free pass.
Step 2: The "Blot" Method (For Side Panels) For the doors and side panels, fold the towel and gently press or "blot" it against the wet surface. Let the MDHF™ fibers absorb the water rather than scrubbing back and forth.
Step 3: Wring and Repeat While the Ginormous MycroDry™ holds an incredible amount of water, you may need to wring it out once or twice when tackling massive vehicles like RVs or boats before continuing.

How to Care for Your MycroDry™ Towel

To maintain the extreme absorbency of your towel, always follow these golden rules:

Wash Separately: Only wash with other premium microfiber products. Never wash with cotton towels, as the microfiber will permanently trap the lint.
Use Liquid Detergent: Use a clear, unscented liquid laundry detergent. Never use powder detergent, as undissolved granules will get trapped in the high-pile fibers and scratch your paint.
NO Fabric Softener: Never use fabric softener or dryer sheets. They coat the microscopic fibers in wax, completely ruining the towel's ability to absorb water.
Dry on Low/No Heat: Tumble dry on the absolute lowest heat setting possible, or air dry. High heat will melt the synthetic fibers.

Can I use this towel to apply spray coatings or detailers?

We do not recommend it. Because this towel is built for extreme water absorption, it will soak up and waste your liquid detailing products. You should use the 16-inch towel for applying spray coatings, and save this massive towel strictly for soaking up standing water after a traditional wash.
